During my four years at Amazon I oversaw all advertising campaigns across Europe. My overall duty for all clients was to try to build custom eCommerce solutions across Amazon ecosystem.
Crafting solutions that work across Desktop, mobile and social was pretty straight forward. However, developing bespoke solutions across Amazon's Kindle and Kindle Fire range meant stepping into an unknown user experience.
This required reverse engineering the html framework within each generation of Kindle tablet to allow for advertising on the 'Wake Screens' and micro branded experiences.
